Before the merger, an HP employee could turn in 10 A&Bs for two positive space tickets anywhere we flew.
If you want an employee's direct supervisor or manager to hear about something, writing a letter is the way to go.
I wrote an email praising a Mesa FA back in December and recieved an email back saying that the comments would be put in the employee's file. ^
