The historical rate looks non-competitive but my consumption is not that high and I wanted to switch off my variable rate plan provider which is currently higher than that anyway. I'd been about to call since I'd seen no activity however I was very pleased to see this morning that my 20,000 miles posted 3/11, about a week after making my 2nd payment along with a separate line item posting for the first two months of energy use.
I've not done extensive research however the cost of my first two months of service was in line with previous years cost and the bill is easy to read. Unless the bill jumps or a better deal comes along I'm happy with these guys.
