If you deplane into busses at an outside position you have to wait infront of the bus, the luggage loaders usually bring the strollers out to the area where people board the bus. If in any circumstance the strollers are not picked up they will feed them into the regular luggage, since LH tags them all the way to the final destination but adds a yellow-orange 'delivery at aircraft' tag.
