If you really want to splurge I would recommend the Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Orange Lake Resort--it is top notch and has tons of stuff to do on those days where you just can't be bothered to go to Disney! It's about 15-20minutes drive to all of the Disney parks. Fantastic pool facilities and really close to tons of places to grab food before/after a day at the parks.

Good value (27.5k points per night for a 2 bed villa - sleeps 8 easily), and great facilities. Very close to Disney (10 mins drive to Animal Kingdom).
