the insurance policy will specify if they provide coverage for this. Read your policy. If you have the coverage, your insurer (policy or credit card) will pick up the loss, then attempt to subrogate back to the valet (or their insurer) since the car was in their care/custody/control when the damage occurred. Contrary to what's written on the ticket stub, many jurisdictions don't allow someone to disclaim their own negligence.
