Nothing new there. That's par for the course. The PCs are wide open for anyone to install any applications, viruses, spyware, change settings, etc. With the amount of traffic that goes through BKK, I'm sure there's lots of unscrupulous individuals that install all sorts of nasties on those PCs and it's only a matter of time before they don't work at all, don't connect to the internet, are set to some other language/keyboard, etc. Their IT department needs to get up to speed on how to lock down the PCs so nobody can do anything, and just in case they do, roll back to the default configuration everytime the PC is booted.

And that's not even getting into whatever problems they might have with their WiFi, routers, internet connection, etc.
