I had some issues with my previous stay (primarily the food in the RC) and stated these issues before leaving.

I was contacted by an assistant manager via e-mail a few days later and he requested feedback on the RC and any other issues.

I gave him my (negative) opinion on the food as well as the Resort Fee.

I just received a response saying they were going to look into improving the RC experience AND they were reducing the resort fee to $10 for Diamond members.
