Both the close-in and phone booking fees are waived when you have that credit card? Too bad they don't just waive fees for bookings that
can't be done online. Right, that'll happen.
Though, do you reckon if I book say, JFK-NRT, and then want to tack on a domestic Japan leg, within 24 hours of booking, no phone fee is required?
