Seems to make sense.
Obviously, those in/around the flightpath will complain as they currently have the idea that Heathrow will be scaled back and London hub moved somewhere else, but, y'know, in most cases, Heathrow was there before they moved in.
I don't live on the flightpath, but I think I'd prefer a quiet plane every 2 minutes rather than a noisy one every 4.
