Somewhere in the world ... an ant coughed ... and the ensuing ecosphere changes meant that MMB threw up the famous 'please call us' message when asking to upgrade via Avios.
Otherwise known as the combination of a multi-stop itinerary, coupled with it being a corporate TA booking, means MMB just doesn't work for this kind of thing.
Up until a week ago I was being told that I couldn't upgrade a reward booking with cash whenever I clicked on 'upgrade with avois'.
*sigh*.
