Too bad UA/CO could not have this simple understanding. I always looked forward to seeing Delta's CRJ 900 because I almost always got upgraded to first, and coach was not too bad. Padding and pitch can be changed. I flew the RJ's a few times, and that was it. The Q400s even have first.
