This morning, I asked the Concierge @ the Westin Princeville this very question? The response was not encouraging...............
The hotel offers traditional Hawaii music in the Nanea restaurant each Monday eve.
IMO Princeville is a bit of a company town (St. Regis, Westin) so perhaps we need to look farther afield? Wailoa has music @ the Kalahao Steak & Rib House on Sundays.
