But from my recollection, when I last went there (about a year ago) to get a sticker for my new pp, you still had to get to the "reclaim..." area, which was behind a wall, once there, the GE interview sign is easy to find.
The interview area is readily accessible at T4. It is not inside the Customs area or such. There are two exits from Customs from what I remember. If you are facing from the curb in to the building it is to the right side of the building.
