Hi - I'm flying roundtrip from BA to Mendoza. On both legs, Aerolineas Argentinas has superior flight times to LAN. However I've heard horrible things about this airline (bleeding cash, gov't corruption etc.). I don't mind bad service and a small delay, but is safety really an issue here? Any insight would be appreciated since I'm hearing a lot of mixed things.
