Staybridge Suites Lake Buena Vista if you are looking to stay with ICH brands. They should be close if not done with a total property remodel.

The family and I spent 10 nights here on points + cash this past October for the 2 bedroom suite. Great property for a family, pool is nice and centrally located in the middle of the buildings.

Only downside is no elevators. We booked a 2 bedroom suite, poolside and loved every minute of it. Even being pools side, not much noise at all.

Plenty of places to eat, grocery store behind the hotel (all rooms have apartment sized kitchens, saved $$$ on breakfast / late-night snacks). short drive to all the parks as well.
