Just returned from the WA Naples, FL. I asked about Diamond benefits at check-in and was told I get bonus points plus a free movie or 15% off spa services. Was promised bottled water, which never arrived. When we arrived there was no valet (it was after midnight but for this class of hotel, I expect a valet). After going inside and asking, they called someone to take the car. The room not only did not have water but the safe was broken. The hotel feels more like a Sheraton than a WA. The beach is very crowded and the pool was like a daycare center. I'm really surprised that this property falls under the WA brand.
