I screen captured my United mobile boarding pass, put it on my computer, then used NeoReader to scan the barcode off my monitor.

And I have a 0 for my flight tomorrow.

That's now 0 for 3 in getting pre-check to work. I'm Global Entry, so theoretically my odds should be very good.

My name comes up as LASTNAME/FIRSTNAME(mi)MR on the boarding pass, even though my FF profile and Secureflight data BOTH are FIRSTNAME MIDDLENAME LASTNAME.

My GOES name is also FIRSTNAME MIDDLENAME LASTNAME.

I bought a new ticket yesterday, and while I don't know what the ultimate boarding pass name will be, on the ticket it's still ticketed as LASTNAME/FIRSTNAME(mi)MR.

Is there a limit to the number of characters? I hit 20 characters exactly with LASTNAME/FIRSTNAME(mi)MR (including the / and the MR) - possible it's truncating my middle name?

Anyway, it looks like TSA Pre is not working for me and I have no idea what to do to fix it. Seems like the error is on United's side since the name going on the boarding pass doesn't match the name in my frequent flyer profile.

Any new ressies made after adding it to the profile will have it. Existing ressies will need to be updated manually. You can no longer do this online, but you can call in and have them do it.

I'm virtually certain these reservations were booked after adding the KTN to my profile.

Is it necessary that the name on my BP *EXACTLY* matches the name on my GOES account? Because as it stands, it does not, as while everything in my United profile has my full middle name, the BP (and the ticket I booked yesterday) does not.
