I'm looking at doing an upgrade from WTP to CW on a JFK-LHR booking. The availability is there - but I'm trying to find out the additional costs.

Just spoke to EC on the phone who were unable to give me an exact quote for some reason - but said 'in the region of £60-70' ... I'd done my own little testing which suggesting a reward booking in WTP would attract taxes/charges of £169 ... but CW would be £290 ... e.g. an extra £120.

So I'm wondering if he's right - and it's £60-70 ... or is it going to be more like £120?

Any insight out there?
