A380 or 777ER in F LGW-KUL

I have 2 choices:

EK16 - EK408, (2.15 stopover) EK409 - EK9 £3595
or
EK16 - EK346, (3.30 stopover) EK409 - EK9 £3761

Am i correct in saying the only difference is the shower on the A380 and the suites are the same?
