just to let you know how I got on...

Called the exec club. Guy on the phone said he could see my claims had been rejected but he was unable to override the back office decision. He did also say that he was aware there was a problem with codeshares not crediting and he would pass my comments on to his manager. He told me to fax in bp's with a covering letter FAO "flight tracking". I did this and the missing flight credited after about 10 days.

Halfway to my first gold now just 2 months into my membership year. :-)

PS i got upgraded at check in to F on SYD-SIN on BA16 on the way home. :-)))
