I don't know if the pilot is still on, but DHS was running a pilot where you get a yellow card if your connection is within three hours and you move faster. They gave away those cards to pax in one of my Dec flights into JFK.

If you get one of those, you are fine. Otherwise, depending on what other flights land at that time, you could be okay or just about okay.
