If every A330 except one is not refurbished, then I don't understand everytime I enquire on their facebook page about which seats are on which fight at least one flight is with the old product. I'm looking at BKK-CMB-CDG return in June, however I'm hesitant to book if I get the old recliner seats. I might as well sit in economy then. The worst part is they have no unique aircraft code on their booking site as other airlines will indicate whether they have the new product on the particular flight.
