It could be tight.

A good portion of your time could be lost in waiting for your luggage to arrive depending on how fast they get it to you.

It all depends on if you are on time or not, and how many other flights arrive at the same time. If I were you I would plan on missing the flight and be happy if you could make it to the other terminal (if there is a terminal change) , clear security and get to the gate in time.

Not really sure why people are recommending a shuttle bus or not having to leave security, as an international arrival you will have to clear immigration, pick up your bags, clear customs, recheck your bags, and then go to the other terminal (assuming it's a terminal change) and then clear security again, even if you don't change terminals. Anybody saying you can skip security somehow is wrong.

It's gonna be tight, and there is no way you can skip the security check.
