They usually offer two choices (as long as they haven't run out of one by the time they get to your seat). Last week BWI-PHX I was offered french toast or a breakfast quesadilla (had the latter, wasn't disappointed), and SFO-PHL was offered a tomato spinach strata (rubbery egg puck, do not recommend) or cheese blintzes (pretty good, albeit very sweet for my taste).

They'll pass around packets of snack mix before landing (and a couple more times, depending on how generous your FA is).

I can also confirm that there are no outlets on the A320.
