I'm confused. Wouldn't the fee on the prepaid be the same as a credit/debit card? Their site also only shows only 2 fee schedules: Bank & Credit/Debit Card.

Also, holy crap! Their cc fees go crazy when you are sending in USD.

Follow up questions assuming it does post as a cash advance, but I decided to do it anyway (since I really do need to get money to them one way or the other)....

Do cash advances typically count towards bonus spend goals? (T&C says purchases and services so I'm not sure if it would count as a service or not)

What are the downsides of it posting as a cash advance and can they be mitigated?

I would assume one is a higher interest rate that starts accruing immediately. Would it be possible to overpay your account in advance so that you have a credit to start with and then avoid the interest? I assume there is also an extra fee as well.
