And, although I am genuinely excited about Shake Shack at JFK--I started the thread--I would add that neither Shake Shack nor In and Out has burgers on the level of Father's Office (Santa Monica), Spotted Pig (NYC), or Grüner (Portland). But that's maybe because we're just living in a very good time for burger greatness.

Incidentally the purveyor of Shake Shack's beef, Pat LaFrieda, runs the burger place in DL's terminal at LGA.
