Because the IOJ configured 77W won't start flying until October 28...?

Edit: misread the original page. How old is this link? I'd be very surprised if they actually go through with this while postponing previously announced ORD and JFK conversions, especially during this period of uncertainty with the 787. Also, there has been no announcement on the Japanese site about this.
