Yama Sushi on at 1350 E Flamingo/Maryland parkway is one of the best deals on the planet.
All you can eat for $20-24 depending on whether it is before 3 pm or afterwards.
They offer quality, freshly made sushi as well as several cooked options.

Believe you me I travel extensively around the world and nothing eats this for value.
