UK Amex Supplementary Cards - why so many different processes
Decided to add a family supplementary member on each of the BA, SPG and Gold cards to share 4square benefits. It seems 3 different processes:
BA - Simple, done online, said card within 4 business days, see card on web account.
Gold - Done online, stated subject to review, phone call from Amex stated forms to follow....
SPG - Not done yet, says have to call.
Why does each card have a different process? Is it normal to have to make an online and paper request for Gold MR card? Is the SPG one simple over the phone?
