I want to fly DL for the TATL flights.

When I sign into my 'Flying Blue' account, it doesn't give me the option to choose how to earn the miles. It seems that it automatically defaults into my flying blue account. Is it possible to book the flight and at the same time indicate that I want to earn skymiles instead of FB miles?

Plus, I have a coupon code from an earlier bump. What are the correct series of #s to put in the requried field?

Thanks!
I may be missing something obvious but then why do you sign into your FB account? Just go to airfrance.com without signing in, book your flight normally, it will ask you for your FF number and allow you to choose DL SM and that's it. I think there is a box to click that says 'I have a voucher' which should work, otherwise you can also book over the phone, if you have a voucher which is genuinely not usable online they will waive the phone fee to apply it.
