EDIT: According to the Barclays website there is a Barclays ATM at T5 in a branch of Thomas Cook, but I'm not sure if this is land or airside, arrivals, departures etc.
This info is out of date and there are no longer any Thomas Cook BdC's at Terminal 5. The ATMs are managed by Travelex and Amex, but I'm not sure how they are branded, sorry.
