Ah sorry misunderstood. Use the NatWest. There are free Sterling ATMs around.

EDIT: According to the Barclays website there is a Barclays ATM at T5 in a branch of Thomas Cook, but I'm not sure if this is land or airside, arrivals, departures etc.
