BoA have a reciprocal deal with Barclays. The commercial rate for withdrawls and no fees.

Hang on for a Barclays ATM, there are plenty around. Just use your debit card until you find one to avoid any charges above the forex commission. Virtually everywhere will let you pay this way.

EDIT: Contrary to what I have been told it appears it's not load free but it is fee free and BoA use a lower 1% load.
