A quick update: our trip to HCM City in late January and my stay at the Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Tower was great.
Was upgraded to a suite as usual, with recognition and thanks for my Lifetime Platinum status, and their BMW picked us up at Tan Son Nhut for the 3,750 points (well worth it).
Breakfast at Saigon Cafe for the 3 days for my wife and I was absolutely worth the Platinum amenity vs. the 500 points.
All in all, a nice stay as expected.
