CC fees through Xoom are very high too. The correct play is

CC -> Prepaid -> Xoom.

There is another play with much higher returns in terms of points/miles from the CC in the first step as well as skip fees, but that will not be posted here explicitly. Read the forums and you might be able to figure it out.
