In the SIN lounge now (not that busy) for the BA12 to LHR tonight. No offer of upgrade so far so looks like WT+ for the journey home this evening. Is it worth asking at reception if AVIOS can be used to upgrade? I suspect BC will be quite full according to the thread responses yesterday....
