Do you have the Amex TARGET prepaid card? You can run $5000/month per SSN (so if you have a spouse or SO you can do $10,000/month). You can unload $400 a day at ATM.

You will need to load at a Target store - so it depends how practical this is for you.

Assuming you dont have cheap ATMs, $2000 will wind up costing $36 or 1.8% (this can be lowered too with an extra step).
