Qantas is introducing "Chauffeur Drive" with their Emirates tie up.

For all Business and First pax, either paid or Award on most international flights (not those to NZ). If you are connecting from a regional airport for your international flight, and even if that flight is economy, the service is provided to get you to your first airport.

Now that's an "enhancement".
