Having trouble accessing my Chase balance on Award Wallet

Sorry if I am posting this on the wrong forum. Couldn't figure out where to post it. I have been using award wallet for some time with pretty good success. In the last couple of days, I have been getting an error message when updating my balances. When it gets to my Chase accounts and my husbands Chase accounts (two different log ins), I get an error message. I am told that I need an identification code sent from chase that is being sent to my email. I check my email, nothing is there, nothing is in my spam. I haven't changed my email address lately. So, I called Chase and had them send me and identification code (hoping that this will fix my problem). The code I enter doesn't work. Is anyone else having this problem? I have emailed award wallet and they they me to change my email address, wait a day or two, etc.
