I was transferred to web support because multi cities online wouldn't work and the csr automatically waived the phone fee so that may be a good way to go

Booked the flight for 5K miles and $2.50 fees and now have a PNR number. His reply, oh it didn’t really book it and will never really go through in reality….

This is a wild experience and now on phone for 1 hour 55 minutes
Had same experience 3 csrs told me saver award wasn't available but then were eventually able to find it when looking point by point. I was told the same thing about phantom online availability

Now for a really silly question. We ve decided to simplify out itinerary and go
EWR-BCN
DUB-EWR

It seems like a waste to not add a 3rd segment but we re planning to visit parts of the UK and British Air flights will cost about the same as taxes on a 3rd segment with one of united's partners and are nonstop

I don't think this would be allowed because of backtracking and what not but could this be done (ie AA gateway city)
EWR-BCN
DUB-EWR
1 month later EWR-IAH

Thank you
