What I meant to say is that, because of the storm last week, and 3 days worth or flight cancellations, the airport was a zoo. Sure there is both a Star Gold & an AC counter round-back. However, because of the pax volume, no one staffed either. UA 1K's were pleading for the LH First/Senator counters to check them in, to no avail. 4-5 hour line up for everyone on UA & AC!
