Agreed. The paper clearly had booked > 95% reimbursement at $575 USD. I wondered why they had one rate in euros while the other in USD. That said, in hindsight, had I known it was going to booked up and denied an upgrade even to a slightly bigger business class room, I would have spent the extra 25k points per night to guarantee it.
