I'd set your expectations at "good regular room" (e.g., not a suite).
At lot of front desks will describe the assignment of a decent room as the "upgrade". That is, there was some bad room they *could* have put you in, but they didn't because you are Gold.
Once in a while during my Gold years, I'd get lucky and wind up in some sort of large suite. But I never got it at a W=A and I never really *expected* it at any Hilton.
