Had 2 Citi Premier cards (1 visa 1 mastercard) Didn't want to pay 2 yearly fees so when the 1st came due in 1/2013 I called to cancel. I then asked if I could transfer CL to other. They transfered $8,000 to other card and dropped the last $3,600?
