Definitely Mainz. A lovely little place. I used to go there a lot in the late 80s and throughout the 90s. Good to walk around. An interesting place to eat is the Heilig Geist. And a nice little bar we used to go to was called Dr. Flotte. But the bottom line is it is much nicer in Mainz than Frankfurt imho.
