As others have mentioned, if you want to use AA SWUs, it is really helpful to book your flights on AA metal. Suggestions:

Europe: London, Paris, Rome, Madrid, Barcelona
Asia: Shanghai, Beijing, Tokyo. Don't think I would do Korea.
South America: Buenos Aires, Rio, Santiago

Island with beaches: Hawaii

Break her in right. Explain the expiring SWU part, and that you can't use them to the South Pacific. If she can't understand expiring SWUs, she may not be the girl for you.
