Something like PPT is hard due to the AA equipment requirement when using the SWU. Like alhcfp suggests, you may want to look at an all AA destination option.

IF you still want to look at the "exotic" option, I'd say see if the 500K MR points might help. You can swap MR for miles on many programs (though not AA anymore, boo!)... so you may look at using the AA SWU to get as far as you can and then using miles on another program generated by conversion of the 500K MRs to get your the rest of the way home.

I'm no expert on Marriott or other FF programs, but on first glance, MR gives you 50K UA miles for every 125K MR. That gives you 200,000 UA miles. So the next step would be to see if UA or a partner will let let you redeem miles for premium class travel? (UA might not be the answer... just using them as an example.)

I'd start by looking at what airline programs will get you a pair of business seats for the equivalent of the 500K and then work backwards to see what "exotic" locations those airlines serve.
