Since SWUs need to be used on AA metal, your best bets from the east coast is any of the Asian destinations AA serves (Tokyo, Beijing, Shanghai, Incheon), or perhaps deep South America. Your final destination may not have to be one of those places, but you have to fly AA, transiting somewhere.
