+1 - First make a list of other things which are ordinary expenses which might help out. These might include:
1. Food & beverage credit.
2. Laundry
3. Local transport (van)
4. Forgoing points and other stay credits.

The first three are expenses which you might have to incur. The fourth is a savings to the property which it might pass on to you.

Also, check to determine where the Georgia sales tax cuts off, if at all. It may well be at 30 days. In that case, you may save the sales tax by contracting for 31 days. Not saying this is possible, but if you look at taxes, they add up on hotel stays.

The one thing to remember is that if you cut a deal, you will likely be signing a contract. It's not something which can be cancelled or otherwise changed without significant penalties. Basically, if they cut you a deal for $50/night, that's $1,500 and that's what you pay.
