Flying ORD-AMS next month. About ready to book my ticket.

What's the best seat in business class?

Looks like on the way to AMS, have limited choice, but return to ORD is wide open.

Also, does the business class layout allow me to reach the aisle if the person next to me is reclined? I'd love a window seat, but don't want to be cut off from the aisle.
